From Thursday 7th June you will no longer be able to order your medication/prescription items directly from the Practice; this will include requests made via email, post, local Pharmacies or in person.
Please telephone the Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service on 0333 358 3509, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Patients can also order medication and prescription items online using the Patient Access System. To use this system you will need to register by completing an application form which is available at reception or on our Practice Website. You will need to confirm your identity with 2 x forms of identification, one must be photographic ID (Passport or Driving License) and one must have your current address recorded (Utility Bill or Bank Statement).
